Member Directory

The Our Team directory

Browse verified governance profiles for Madhunandan Association's team — including roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and domain expertise. Available to members and the public at Our Team in the navigation.

The directory only shows profiles that have been published by an administrator. Profiles go through a draft → active → published workflow before they appear. Members cannot self-publish their own profile.

Browsing the Directory

The directory opens in grid view — one card per published member, showing name, primary governance role, and department. Use the toolbar to filter or search.

  • Filter by department Department filter buttons appear above the grid. Click any department to show only its members. Click All to reset.
  • Search by name or role The search bar filters in real time as you type. It matches against full name and primary governance role.
  • Select a member Click any card to open the full profile. On desktop, the layout switches to a sticky sidebar list on the left with the full detail panel on the right. On mobile, a full-screen bottom sheet slides up.

What You Can See — Members vs Guests

The directory shows different levels of detail depending on whether you are signed in.

Governance Roles in a Profile

Each profile shows the member's verified roles across the association's governance bodies. These are set and verified by administrators — they reflect official positions, not self-described titles.

Governance bodyWhat is shown
General BodyRole title (e.g. Chairperson, General Secretary) and voting status
Board of DirectorsRole title (e.g. Executive Director, CFO) and voting status
Executive BodyRole title (e.g. CEO, Head of Research) and executive status

Desktop Split View

On screens wider than 640px, selecting a member switches from the card grid to a split layout: a sticky scrollable member list on the left, and the full profile detail on the right. Use the Previous / Next buttons or arrow keys to navigate between members without going back to the grid. Press Escape to return to the full grid.

Mobile Experience

On mobile, the directory shows the full card grid. Tapping a member slides up a full-screen bottom sheet with the complete profile. Swipe down from the top of the sheet to dismiss it, or tap the All Members back button.

Viewing Your Own Profile

If you are a governing member with a profile, you can preview exactly how it appears in the directory — including draft profiles not yet published — from your Profile Management page.

1
Go to Profile ManagementNavigate to Profile → My Public Profile tab from the top navigation or your dashboard.
2
Review your profileYou will see your governance roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and all other fields exactly as they appear (or will appear) in the directory.
3
Request a correctionIf any information is inaccurate, contact the IT department or an administrator. You cannot edit your own governance profile directly — it must be updated by an admin.
Only administrators (not department representatives or members) can create, edit, publish, or archive profiles in the Member Directory. If you need a correction or believe your profile should not be published, contact the IT department directly.
